Terry is a leader in the construction and kitchen remodeling industry, holding many certifications and licenses, including a California Contractors B License. He also holds Master IICRC Certifications and is a registered Green Risk Professional.

Terry has received the Small Business Excellence Award from the Monterey Peninsula Chamber of Commerce and is a Monterey Peninsula Chamber of Commerce Member. He is also a member of The National Association of the Remodeling Industry.

Terry has served on the Board of Directors for the Monterey Bay Area Chapter of the American Red Cross and the Board of Directors for the Monterey Bay Christian School. He also volunteers with the American Cancer Society, and is a supporter of the White Stag Leadership Development program.
